A Piece of My Mind

We rode into town the other day, just me and my daddy! He said I'd finally reached that age and I could ride next to him on a horse that of course was not quite as wide! We heard a crowd of people shouting, and so we stopped to find out why! And there was that man that my dad said he loved, but today there was fear in his eyes! So I said, "Daddy, why are the screaming? Why are the faces of some of them beaming? Why is dressed in that bright purple robe? I'll bet that crown hurts him more than he shows! Daddy please, can't you do something? He looks as though he's gonna cry! You said he was stronger than all of those guys! Daddy. please tell me why, why does everyone want him to die?" Later that day the sky grew cloudy and Daddy said I should go inside. Somehow he knew things would get stormy! Boy, was he right. But I could not keep from wondering if there was something he had to hide. So after he left I had to find out. I was not afraid of getting lost. So I followed the crowds to a hill where I know men had been killed, and I heard a voice come from the cross. And it said, "Father, why are the screaming? Why are the faces of some of the beaming? Why are they casting their lots for my robe? This crown of thorns hurts me more than it shows. Father, please can't You do something? I know that You must hear my cry. I thought I could handle a cross of the size. Father remind me why, why does everyone want me to die? Oh, when will I understand why?"  "My precious Son, I hear them screaming, and I'm watching the face of the enemy beaming. But soon I will clothe you in robes of My own. Jesus, this hurts me much more than you know. But this dork hour, I must do nothing, though I've heard Your unbearable cry. The power in Your blood destorys all of the lies. Soon You'll see past their unmerciful eyes. Look there below, see the child trembling by her father's side. Now I can tell you why. She is why You must die."...Need I say more? He died for You! HeY EvErYOnE!!   What a great time I had with Chelsea and Taylor this weekend!!  We went shopping in St. Louis!!   It was AWESOME!!  I don't think i have ever had so much fun!  okay, maybe i have but this was pretty close!!  Today, me and Taylor decided to pretend like we didn't have lives and we rode up and down the escolators...they were right next to each other so the people behind us could see us get off of one and get back on the other!!   We had a thing going on for a while...and well, this guy that was wearing pink (normally there is not a problem with that b/c i think guys have just as much right to wear pink as us girls do)..but this guy had gay written across his forehead!!   I mean you could tell he was gay just by lookin at him and when we passed him I flipped my hair just to see what he would do...and he flipped his hair too!!!   OmGoSh, it was hilarious!!   When we got to the bottom i leaned over to Tay and i said...I bet he is thinking this right about now..."Can I meet your boyfriend?"     We could NOT stop laughing!! It was great!:P   Oh yea...by the way..I am going out with Todd now..in case anyone wanted to know!?!?   Don't care if you did or didn't i just told you!  anyways...back to my weekend!! We got so many clothes it's not even funny!!   We all should definetly be done with Back-To-School shopping!!  Well, I finally got to see my sister today!! She's been gone for two weeks!!  I haven't seen her forever it seems like!!  It's been really boring around here by myself..I am just glad I'm not an only child!! That would suck muddy water out of a pond through a bent straw!:P Well, I'm really tired and kinda sore cuz i had to sleep on the floor last night!:P...well i didnt HAVE to but i did cuz i was gonna get pushed outta the bed anyway! LoL!!   anyway..i think i'm gonna go..i'll keep it short this time!:P..really, this is one of my short books i think!:P..ttyl

Well, this weekend i had another basketball tournament!! We got second this time!! The best team doesnt always win though!! We shoulda won the championship but we got frusterated and didn't do very well!! that's okay though! You don't get any better if you never lose!! Friday, We played a team in our first game that we played once and killed...well they have improved a lot and they came out really strong at the beginning and were beating us by a lot!! Thankfully we came back and beat em by 10!!..thats not very good though! When i got home i went to chelsea's house b/c Whitney came back for a week and they were havin a sleep over!! I only got to stay until midnight though! We had soooo much fun!! Saturday our first game we got beat by the team that beat us in the championship!  Saturday evening we played a team that we played last weekend and killed them again! When i got home yesterday i went to Chelsea's again and we went bowling!!  Had a lot of fun there too!! Today we played the team that we played friday and did much much better this time! In the championship we did awesome!! we had a lot of errors but they only beat us by 10 this time which is a lot better than the first time!!  Second is good for me!!  Last night ryan broke up with me but i don't really care because i dont need boys in my life!! All they are going to do is try and mess it up!! I want to live a good life!! So, i'm just gonna take a break for a while and enjoy being single!!   Well, now that i've written another book for Caden and Jordan,(*lol guys*)  i think im gonna go...ttyl *kisses*

Hey!!!  WOOOO HOOOO!! Dang my weekend was awesome as heck!!  Aside from gettin knocked around and picked on..i helped my basketball team to victory!! Friday night we played a 5th grade team that shouldn't have even been in the tournament!! We beat them 52-8!! Then, Saturday morning we played a 6th grade team that souldn't have been there either!! We beat them 48-11! Saturday night we played a great team that had already beat us once in a different tournament! They beat us 30-22!! We did awesome the last 8 minutes of that game though...we pressed them and got them flustered and we scored tons of points then...or in Brooke's words, It Seemed like we went from being down by 20 to being down by 8 in one shot! I think that was a 12 point shot!! (*LMBO Brooke*)  Then, this morning we played the 6th grade team again and we did MUCH better toda!! We beat them 33-2! This afternoon we played the championship against that team that beat us!! The first 5 minutes were awesome...we got a big lead!! At half-time we were winning 30-15! Then, the second half got ugly! This team only had 5 players!!  So, they were pretty tired but they never gave up!! I love playing good teams like that!! We only scored 10 points the second half though!! The final score was 40-33! They never got in the lead!! I got hurt a lot this weekend though!!!  The first game i didn't get hurt!! The second game i got elbowed in the eye..the chick knocked my contact out and gave me a partial black eye and a headache!!! The third game i didn't get hurt i dont think!  The first game this morning i got hammered from the back and hurt both knees, my hip, and my back!! The last game, they set a moving screen and the refs didn't call it but i got nailed in the jaw by this girl's shoulder!! Can't move my mouth now really!!  Then another girl from our team got nailed in the stomach by the same girl and she set another moving screen that the refs didn't call!! I don't get refs these days!!  This weekend i saw some of the worst sportsmanship that i have ever seen!! Girls slamming the ball down, rolling their eyes at the refs, shaking their heads at refs, and much much more!! If I was a ref i woulda had every one of those girls thrown out!! I mean come on..you can't be afraid of little pre-teen girls!! They deserve more respect than that! Except the refs of our first game today!!  They were terrible!! They gave me a foul when the other girl tackled me!! That doesn't make sence!  Anyway, aside from the bad reffing and me getting hurt..we got 1st!! I'm sooooo proud of us and i'm sure our coach is too!!  That was our first tournament of the summer and we have four to go!! Hopefully all of those will turn out the same as this one!! Maybe we will get better refs and i won't get picked on so much!! Everyone told me that I got picked on so much and hurt b/c i am the most agressive on my team! I believe it too! My daddy said that they always go for me first b/c they are getting back at me! I don't care!! It doesn't bother me!! No pain No Gain!  If you can't except the fact that you are going to get hurt sometimes then you will never succeed! Those are just a few of my words of wisdom when it comes to sports!! I have many more but that's all i need to say right now!!  Actually I have to say this to anyone from my team that reads this...Girls, we did awesome this weekend!! Even though a few times we got going too fast for ourselves and got flustered..we still came out bigger than everyone else!! I am soo proud of ya'll and i just hope we keep up the hard work!! One word of advice though...warn us when there is a screen so we don't get killed!  Well im gonna go..Jordan and Caden, I wrote ANOTHER book...there never gonna end are they??  Love yall!! byebye

Well, this week has been very interesting!!  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I went to the Chiropractor!!  I guess my back feels pretty good right now!!  It doesn't hurt as worse but it still hurts pretty bad!!  Friday i went to the eyedoctor and i got the rest of my contacts!! I'm doing good!! Thursday i had basektball practice and my back hurt really really bad then but just for that night!!  Last night i went to a dance...now that is a different story!!  That was very different...it was great for me but a lot of my friends got really upset and one of em broke up with her boyfriend to go out with one of my good friends!! That was odd but pretty cool i guess!!  A bunch of people cried which wasn't cool and a bunch of people got their feelings hurt but I didn't make anyone mad, upset, or anything so i'm happy bout that!! I'm just there for the people that DID have that stuff happen to them! One bad thing is that two of my best friends made two of my other best friends mad and now they hate each other...they really didn't like each other in the first place but now they hate each other!!  That puts me in a difficult position but i guess i'm ready to handle it!! I guess i'm as ready as i'll ever be! Last night i spent the night with my grandma and today she took me and Jordan to a movie!! We saw Kicking and Screaming..it was AWESOME!  Tomorrow i have basketball camp at a University and we get to spend the night in the dorm rooms!! It's gonna rock!  Brooke is coming with me!! We won't be back till Tuesday!  That's okay though!  um..i guess that is pretty much all that happened this week....another book (*LoL Caden and Jordan*)

I had an awesome weekend!! We had a soccer tournament and we did AWESOME! we got third but we shoulda got second cuz the brackets were messed up...and we have beat the second and fourth place teams about 3 times this season so it really wasnt fair to us cuz we got cheated but oh well! in the semi-finals we played the third ranked team in our state and they beat us 4-1 but we are the only team that scored on them and the good thing is that they didnt kill us like they killed the other teams they played! one of the teams they beat 8-0 and another team they beat 19-0...when i heard that i was like OMGosh! so..i feel pretty good right now!!  i'm soooooo sad though...that was our last tournament and i wont get to see my girls until try-outs!..that makes me upset!  and it also makes me upset that Kristen is quitting!!  she is like one of my bestest friends on the team and she is quitting..she has a good reason though!! she lives 45 minutes away from where i live and she comes to every practice and stuff and doesnt get to play all that much and it is kinda a waste of money for them so i totally understand! I am writing another book!! (*Caden, i am really thinking about getting these published*)  friday i got contacts!! i see really really good now!! and i also went to the Chiropractor friday..i went again today and had x-rays! my spine is messed up and my muscles are too tight and some other stuff and i have to go back on wednesday and its kinda scary but i guess i'll get used to it!  right now my mom is burning this candle and it is giving me a headache!  My summer is going great so far!  i have 5 basketball tournaments coming up and i can't wait! tomorrow i'm going to a baseball game and getting my hair cut!!  i need to get it cut soooo bad...it's getting long!  well..i think i've wrote long enough!
